This lovely home, located in Lawrenceville, was a dramatic makeover. The client needed new siding on the front of the home, some new windows in the back and they wanted an entirely new, drastic change to the look of their home's exterior.
James Hardie primed, fiber cement, no-rot siding was installed. The new windows needed in the rear of the home were a result of rotten wood on rear bay. The bay was reconfigured to accept three picture windows because the homeowner wanted more visibility from the office to the back yard and wanted to create a more open feel.
The bold color options from the Sherwin Williams paint palettes inspired the new look. The homeowner went from a light shade, previously a pale yellow, to a dark and bold shade of grey on the siding and foundation. The colors on this home included:
- Lab Siding/Foundation - Urbane Bronze SW70448 (Satin)
- Trim - Match Existing White (Gloss)
- Shutters - Relaxed Khaki SW6149 (Gloss)
- Decks - Quiver Tan SW6151
- Chimney Cap/Iron Railing - Industrial Enamel Black
The homeowner loved his home's new, low-maintenance "face-lift" and that he will be able to enjoy it for years to come.
