Account Development Manager (Atlanta, GA)

Position Description:

The position is responsible for managing all aspects of the business relationship with Customers. Works proactively to ensure that all appropriate resources are available and utilized effectively to maximize the overall success of the client’s program. Develops and maintains positive client relations and coordinates with various internal departments to ensure client requests are handled appropriately. Utilizes knowledge of Kudzu and that of the client’s business and desired results to ensure client satisfaction and retention, maximize performance to encourage new and repeat business opportunities, and achieve company financial performance indicators. Career path typically leads to sales.

Responsibilities:
  • Owns and pro-actively manages a portfolio of client relationships
  • Manages ongoing client communications
  • Identifies up-sell and cross-sell opportunities and makes recommendations to merchant as appropriate
  • Works closely with Sales to set proper client expectations, understand customer status and identify potential issues
  • Communicates the client's goals and represent the client's interests to the team
  • Captures client feedback to drive strategic initiatives
  • Reviews all major company and client deliverables
  • Addresses client issues and informs key stakeholders as appropriate
  • Ensures that all processes and tasks are completed on schedule
  • Attends Red Account Reviews as necessary

Requirements:
  • Clear understanding of Kudzu products and services
  • Strong interpersonal and client relations skills
  • Extremely detail oriented

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a group
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
