Driver's Mart

Fantastic experience!

I had a fantastic buying experience with Driver's Mart and John Citrone in particular. I bought my Lexus SUV from him 2 years ago. John was incredibly helpful and service minded. The car was in great shape as-billed (no surprises) and the sales process was smooth and easy. I would absolutely buy from John and Driver's Mart again.

Lived up to the great ratings!

After an initial misstep on scheduling which was remedied by the very helpful Jessica who is one of the folks who takes customer calls, Casteel lived up to their great ratings. For years I had been a customer of another company who kept trying to push sales rather than keep my system running. Fed up with them and facing no a/c during a 90+ degree week, I searched kudzu, found Casteel and gave them a call. The technician, Thai, was a prompt, and knowledgeable technician, NOT a sales guy! He did a great job getting my system up and running for a reasonable fee in no time. This experience has made me a loyal customer. Thanks Casteel! Invoice #67797

Peachtree Service Experts

I would avoid this company

I signed up with Peachtree Service Experts about 8-9 years ago when they were under different ownership. They had great service and honest technicians then. I don't know when the ownerhsip changed but they have been on a downhill slide since then. I am guessing the technician's compensation is based on sales because every single time they are out here (for years!!), they tell me my system is in the death throes and that I need a new one asap even though I have made it clear over and over that I want to keep mine running for as long as I can. When that sales pitch doesn't work, I'm then told that there is some part or service I absolutely must have to keep things going. Last time I fell for it they sold me some part that required more energy than my compressor could handle. Fed up I found a highly rated A/C company on kudzu and had them come out today. They fixed the problem fairly inexpensively, cleaned the coil which hadn't been done in years, if ever, and told me (unprompted) that my system likely had at least a few more years of life. I trust Peachtree so little that it wasn't even worth getting my money back to have them come out and fix their problem this time. It really is a shame that this company went to pot. Run, run away.

That Marvelous Dog

Miracle Workers!

Debbie and Karen performed a miracle with my very sensitive pooch. They earned his trust with love, infinite patience and compassion. Seeing them is now one of his (and my) favorite activities. It was simply amazing! The cuts/grooming receives is top-notch - I get endless compliments on how good he looks. They are also available to provide training services which was a life-saver for me when I picked up a stray young and wild pit bull. They provided expert guidance and training which tamed the wild pup so he could be a loving family member in his new home. I highly recommend Debbie and Karen. You get more than groomers with them. You gain new family members.
