Georgia Natural Gas

Poor support. Broken web services.

Maybe I'm just a Gen Y/Net Generation kid, but I've come to expect more from services cost upwards of $100/mo. I can't log into my account, I can't create a new account, and the customer service hotline can't help/doesn't know anything about technology. Email support is even worse.
