We were looking for a simple, let's say "patch job" on our kitchen cabinets to remove some scratches and give them a re-fresh. Rather than a complete re-face, we decided to go with a very light sanding, re-stain and top coat. While our expectations were not to see a complete transformation, it certainly wasn't to see brush strokes and have the cabinet doors not match the base. How did this happen...I guess we tried to save some dough, but the cost was still in excess of $3300. When the "brushed" cabinets had to be re-done, they were taken to his shop and sprayed. When they came back, the varnish didn't match and looks "milky" compared to the base of the cabinets. Further, I had to call my painter to re-paint the kitchen walls as the "touch-up" paint used didn't match...$700 more dollars. Finally, we spent a day cleaning the stainless cabinets and granite where there were remnants of rushed work...why the "above average" on service? Abraham was timely and very pleasant to deal with. Unfortunately, I am now having to trust someone else to fix what could have been avoided.
