Excellent company - definitely recommend

I've used JR Bolton for several years now after they were recommended to me by an energy efficiency improvement company. They send the same technician for each visit, who has made the point to remember my name, my pets' names, etc. Today I learned that one of my units must be replaced and my technician arranged for someone to come out tomorrow-a Saturday-to give me an estimate and talk about options. I can't speak highly enough of the service I've received! I HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend!

30 sessions paid for but not received - RIP OFF

I signed up for a series of personal training lessons which totaled a little over $2300.00. Due to business travels and other time constraints, I was only able to participate in about 5 of these lessons, which came to a total of $350. After realizing I would not be able to complete the remaining lessons, I emailed Sheldon, my trainer from The New You, to try to figure something out. After not receiving any response, my husband called. Sheldon claimed there was a "company policy" that applied even though it was not mentioned or shown to me (in person or on their website) much less signed by me. He refused to discuss anything further and ended the conversation by saying "Screw you, take me to court." I am currently in the process of having this checked out legally. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
