Poor Customer Service

A technician came to my house last night for an a/c evaluation. Upon arrival, & my initial encounter with him (five minutes after receiving the call that he was already there), he displayed a terrible attitude & unprofessional disposition the entire time he was at my home. He was rude, discourteous & demeaning, even going so far as to tell me "I don't have to tell you anything, you don't own the place". Despite "company policy" that he could not discuss the diagnostics after assessing the a/c, & a refusal to talk to me about what was wrong with the unit because I rent rather than own the home, he became disgruntled when I refused to sign the acknowledgment form confirming that he had performed the eval. If discussing the diagnostics with me is against company policy, why was I being asked to sign the paperwork? This guy literally waved me off as if to dismiss me, got in his van, and drove off in a huff! His behavior was extremely unprofessional and a poor representation of the company. I won't ever use their services again & have requested that my landlord use another company solely because of his actions. It was determined after a conversation with his supervisor, that perhaps he was upset because he had to wait on my arrival to the house. Unfortunately, I wasn't contacted w/an estimated time of arrival until he was already there & he apparently waited for me longer than he felt was appropriate & brought his attitude with him into my home. No excuse for his behavior.
