Not a Fan
They seem to have a pretty steady stream of clientele so am disappointed that I didn't come out with such a great experience. Dr. Babcock needs to give up his throne and move on. He got cranky/arrogant when I wanted an estimate for all the services he wanted to do for my pet bird. And while I fully respect people with disabilities, his inability to hear makes for a very difficult exchange when discussing matters related to the pet. I felt like I was being subject to paying for unnecessary tests and made to feel guilty for inquiring on what the tests would help with. More than once I was reminded by the doctor of his years of experience when simply wanting to know more about why he was recommending something. Just didn't feel very good about this particular doctor and in general feel the hospital overcharges. Hope others have a better experience, but I will not return.
