Ripoff?

Update: Obviously I was upset when I wrote my initial review. However, I am updating my review because Dr. Berger went more than out of his way to remedy the experience I had at his clinic. He's changing policies at his clinic so costs are better understood and known. Now that things have been cleared up, I will resume going to PetWell for my Vet. needs, and I encourage others to do the same with this caveat: If you have a problem, do inform Dr. Berger of it and he will fix it.
