Inspect-All Services

Good Follow up Customer Service

We use Inspect-All Service for pest control. They have an excellent customer service dept (Brian Wescott always follows up on problems and is sensitive to customer concerns). These people don't just care about their reputation; they care about customer satisfaction. There is a huge difference between the two. I'd recommend them to anyone in my area. As always, when contracting with a company, one should make sure that one's plans/preferences are made clear to the provider so that they can properly address problems to your satisfaction. Inspect-All will do that.

Best in my experience of 45 years

Had '98 Corolla and 2002 Windstar serviced here. In each case, took car in late in afternoon, returned in less than 24 hrs. to pick up with issues fixed: Windstar needed new alternator, Corolla a new door handle and replacing of part with cross-threaded lug on one wheel. Problems diagnosed quickly, received phone call before beginning repairs and with estimate explaining how problems were diagnosed and cost of repairs. Parts were obtained quickly, installed, and vehicle was ready and repaired to my satisfaction. Efficient, honest, customer-oriented group. Intake person very good at follow through. I'll be going back every time I need repairs, no matter what the make of car.

Peachtree Service Experts

Gougers Personified

Today, I made a major consumer mistake: I paid $228 for a capacitor (average price is between $20 and $40 for part), $200 for an additive alleged to make my unit run more smoothly (I did not pre-approve price), and $79.95 for a hose bath for my outside unit and a new filter for the system. Since I did not ask for the additive, did not know what capacitors cost, but had called the service company for service I naively paid the bill. Since then, I have checked prices and now realize that I was "gouged" for about $360. Consumers beware: Check prices before paying bills with this company and refuse to pay if too high. I wish I had checked Kudzu before calling Peachtree.
