Beware...

normally see Dr. Forney (who is wonderful) but I was interested in having a tattoo removed and the front desk told me that Dr. Forney does not remove tattoos, but Dr. Burger did so I scheduled an appointment. First appointment, she started the removal process. Her quote was considerably higher than I had received before, but I decided to go ahead anyway. No difference in the tattoo. I go in for the second appointment a few weeks later and they prepare me to have the tattoo 'on my right arm' removed. (It is on my BACK!) She finally gets to the right place and doesn't even realize that she has already treated it once. She did not even have my chart. The numbing did not work. After it was over and while still on the table, I asked her if lipomas ever had to be removed, she said not usually, looked at mine and told me if I wanted to schedule something to remove it, to let them know. I proceeded to check out and discover that she charged me (and my insurance company)$135 for telling me lipomas don't usually need to be removed!! She should have told me she was charging me for this great expertise (ha!) and let me get my money's worth and asking if what I had actually was a lipoma and looking at it instead of just touching it through my shirt. Truly amazing. If you go here, be careful not to get ripped off and make sure they have your correct info....

Dr. Forney is great. I have been going to her for about 6 years. She is practical and does not try to talk you into things or products that you do not need yet provides great results. (As a caveat, if you cannot get in, do not settle for Dr. Burger, another doctor in the practice....I had a very bad experience with her.)

I LOVE this Primrose!!!!

My daughter has been attending this Primrose for about 6 weeks and I could not be happier. The teachers are fantastic as is the rest of the staff. The owners seem to be very involved and put the quality of education above everything. I am just amazed at how much my daughter as learned and how her behavior has improved. Though it was a difficult decision to uproot her and change schools, I am so glad that I did. Even my husband is very happy with our decision to move her here.

Most Amazing Vet Practice

Once you go to this clinic, you will never go anywhere else. I have seen all the vets multiple times over the past eight years for my loving dogs. They are all wonderful and the staff is amazing as well. My sister drives out from intown Atlanta just to bring her three here. (They also have a satellite location off of Whitlock.)

Dave is Amazing

Dave has done a wonderful job on our yard. I can't even begin to explain how drastically different it looks. Dave works with you to do things in stages to fit your budget. You really could not ask for more.

NIGHTMARE!

My daughter needed to get her haircut for her fall pictures. I took off from work early so that I could make it by the cut off time for signing in of 5:15. I pulled up at 5:10 and the girl that works at the desk came out and asked me if I would come back another time because there was already a wait "and the staff wants to go home to see their families", but I could come in if I had to. Reluctantly, I went in because I really needed to get my daughter's hair cut for her pictures(by the way...it was her first haircut). What happened next was the equivalent of having waitstaff spitting in your food. I was not offered the special package for first haircuts, everyone was rude, the first snip-it of my daughter's hair was thrown in a small cup, the stylist nearly put her eye out, and her hair ended up looking like she cut it herself. It was such a terrible experience I went home and cried. NEVER AGAIN will I go to this excuse of a salon.

Heidi is the best ever....

I have been going to Heidi for about 3.5 years. She does a fantastic job. I am never disappointed. She has both cut and colored my hair and I am always happy when I leave. I used to live in the Highlands and went to Van Michael for years, then Studio Oliver. Heidi wins hands down.

Very Knowledgeable and Great Service

Pat removed and trimmed some trees for us. He is very friendly and knowledgeable. He completed the work in a quick and professional manner at a good price. I highly recommend Timberline and intend to use their services again.

Updated 5/7/2009: Well, this is the third time I have revised my review. I have had enough and I am moving on. It is really hard for me to move my daughter from the only day care that she has ever known, but unfortunately, it has come to that. I do feel my child is safe and most of the staff is nice and good with the children, but there is a lot of turnover (way more than most places) and the teacher to child ratio is way too high (read: right at state maximum). Because of this, you can see stress on everyones' faces. I used to blame the director for things, but upon further reflection, I realized that she does a good job with what she is given and it is actually the owner that is to blame for most of the issues I have had. He is VERY cheap. You are charged too much for what you get here.
