Zerorez of Atlanta

Miracle Workers

I've used ZeroRez before, but had let things go a bit long between cleanings. My two, rather large dogs had left all sorts of stains, as a result. And my cream-colored couch had turned a lovely shade of dark grey. ZeroRez got out some really, really old pet stains. And they got nearly all of the dirt out of the cream couch. I didn't expect any of it to be cleaned. I was just hoping for a couple of shades lighter. But they did a beautiful job. And my house no longer looks like the dogs run the place. I know some people are intimdated by the higher prices, but it is well worth it.

EXOVATIONS

Great for Woman Homeowners

Exovations replaced a deck and my gutters at my home. I've had a lot of trouble getting contractors to show up at my house. And when they did show, they'd never submit a bid. This is not uncommon with women homeowners, from what I've been told. So it was wonderful having a company that is so obsessed with being organized. You get an appointment and appointment reminders. They make a commitment when they'll be back with their estimate and keep it. When you sign on, you get a written schedule and a place to follow your project online. The various teams that came out were all friendly and professional. They were very careful to respect requests like which side of the yard to use, etc. Plus, the mess gets cleaned up at the end of each day. When there was damage to a windowsill, they worked with me to address it, even though it was rotted and not really their fault. And the work itself goes above and beyond what's required by code. My deck feels solid and well built. The gutters were improved from the last installation to address some mistakes made previously. This is a great company. Feel comfortable working with them.

Thinking like a dog

BD has helped me with several rescue dogs who each had different quirks. And I'm not great at training. But BD is able to teach you how to communicate with each other in a way anyone can handle. And you can tell how much she loves and connects with dogs.

Groom Wizard

Truly Magical

I've been with Groom Wizard for several years now. I've been able to watch them work magic with several of my rescue dogs. I had a Grand Pyrnee/Golden Retriever mix who was supposed to have long hair, except she got shaved too closely and it wasn't growing back. Stacey worked and worked with her until she had a gorgeous coat again. With my current Golden, Duke, they helped to get his coat back into shape after a few too many mattes left him looking a bit ragged. But their true magic is with the difficult dogs. I have a black lab who was a puppy mill rescue. Everything scares her. But I can't trim nails, so she needed a groomer. He and Sid have worked and worked with her, trying several different ways to reach her, until she actually goes through a grooming as relaxed as she's able to get. They're very attentive to each animal that comes their way. They have caught several medical issues early enough to intervene. And the sheer joy (no pun intended) that Stacey gets from his work is evident each time he brings you your fur baby and shows you how he has helped them look awesome. They truly care about each dog in their care and will do wonderfully for anyone who goes to them.

Magician Evan Reynolds

Amazing with Kids

I got to see Evan perform at a theater show geared to family and kids. He ended up with about 30 little kids on the floor in front of him and about 20 more adults in the audience. The kids were giggling until they were rolling. They were shouting and interacting and having a blast of a time. And Evan was still able to keep them under control. If a stray kid got too excited, he could still bring them back in while keeping the other kids going. Best of all, he had the adults' full attention. And would let the parents know when it was time to take a shot of their little one doing a trick. Not all childrens' acts actually like children. Evan does it with spades. (And he's also great with the adult kids, as well.)
