Drainage Issues

Everytime we have a heavy rain, water would seep into my garage from the sides of my home. My friend recommended Shady Grove and I gave them a call. Tina was in my area on another job and offerred to stop by earlier than the original appointment. I was delighted. She offered several suggestions, answered all my questions and we agreed on a solution. I received a written estimate very quickly and they began work about four weeks later. They came the day before the job was to start to review the work plans for the next day. The work crew arrived promptly and completed the work quickly with no interruption to my day. Shady Grove stayed in touch through out the entire process, met every commitment they made and followed up to ensure that I was satisfied with the job. I was very pleased with this companies' performance and would encourage you to give them your next landscape job.

From scheduling through work completion this company did a great job. Ben called 30 mins before arrival (as promised). He was clean (put on shoe covers), well groomed, and courteous. Ben reviewed my work request with me to make sure that he addressed everything. He provided a quote, completed his work, made some suggestions, reviewed the work he did, and left me a price quote for some future work. I'll do business with Thrasher again.
