very poor manager
I paid for carpet cleaning special and extra pet treatment, I was guaranteed pet treatment would keep pet odors from coming back guaranteed for 30 days or we do it again. I called the next day a very rude and defensive manager Richard called spouting off "if you don't like it, you can get your money back". Every person isn't looking for money back, and he is mis-informed if he thinks that is a proper communication method. If i wanted the money i wouldn't have booked an appointment. I wanted my carpets clean and the after product not to smell like wet dog.
Richard knew i had all my living room furniture in my kitchen but informed me the soonest he could get someone back was 4 days later. Richard was extremely matter of fact and very defensive. After 20 minutes of explaining they were going to be in my culdesac tomorrow,I convinced him since a van was going to my referred neighbors house they could come by a retreat. The new tech showed and said you need to replace your pad. Terrible service from a company i thought i was finally paying for the best of the best.
