Outstanding Install and Service

Loved our experience with this company! Bruno came out and provided an on the spot estimate in the afternoon of the day that I called. He was prompt in meeting our scheduled time, explained his process, took measurements, and within a few minutes I had a professional estimate of his services. Bruno kept me informed of the process for ordering our product, expected arrival date and projected install date. The flooring arrived several days ahead of schedule and Bruno called to set up an earlier than expected install date, nearly a week ahead of time. On install day, Ronni and his crew arrived right on time and went right to work. They moved the large furniture out of the way, ripped up and disposed of the old carpet and padding, and then within just a few hours we had a beautiful floor. Ronni was meticulous in making sure that the floor was clean, installed properly and that the furniture was restored to its original position. A couple of days later, Bruno called to ensure that everything was ok and to take care of the final payment. Bertolli Floors performed an exceptional job from start to finish and I would highly recommend them to all of my friends for any flooring needs.
