Left me hanging

When I called the person who answered thought I was calling about AC service for some reason. Anyway, after I told him about the work I needed done he said someone would call me back within the hour, and they did. I gave that gentleman the specifics, he gave me pricing, and I agreed to go forward. He asked if Wednesday or Thursday would work - I said yes. He said Justin would call me to work out the specifics, but...Justin never called me. (The one star is for service - I can't speak to quality or value)

Never called me back

After reading the many positive reviews I called the Trusted Toolbox and got voicemail, so I left a message with a brief description of the work I needed done,and where it was located (Sandy Springs). Nobody ever called me back. (The one star is for service - I can't comment on quality or value)
