Won't stop billing for services not received!
We paid for one year of AC/Furnace tune-up service. We received the two visits that we paid for. At that time we stated that we did not wish to renew. However, we received a bill. Called, and the lady said that it was not a bill, just a reminder. Looked like a bill. The next month, we receive another bill ("reminder"), this time with a late fee added with a note that we were expected to contact them. We called again, and requested that they send us a statement showing that no bill was owed since we did not receive the services. Over a week, still no such statement.
