Check your CONTRACT about cancelling!
Make sure you read the contract. You have to cancel by the last day of the month in order not to be charged for the following month. I cancelled on the 2nd and was charged for an entire month. I haven't been there in 2 months and that was the first time I could make it in there since you canít cancel it over the phone. I spoke with the manager Jeff and he would not refund my month because it's in the contract that they don't do refunds. Seriously! Poor Customer Service!!!! You think they would at least work with you. But I guess they don't care about losing customers.
