Sears Carpet & Upholstery Care

Zero Customer Service

The technician was so focused on the upsell.He immediatly bagan by telling us it would cost more upon entering our home. He was very frustrated and irritable when we asked questions on why it would cost more than what we signed up for. He said , "Lady I don't care what you want, you will have to pay more. We promptly told him find his way to the door and his services were not needed after all.
