Need to show up on time as first rule
I made an appointment with this contractor through our home warranty company. They called me on Monday AM to make an appointment between 8 and 1 and I specified that due to work I could only do an early morning appointment. "No Problem" was the answer recieved by the receptionist. They scheduled me for the next day between 8:30 and 9:30. When I called at 8:00 they said 10:30am as a guess, now I got a call at 10:30am to say 11:30am. I work hourly, this repair now has cost me over $100 dollars in wages alone. When asking about the issue, I was told that the warranty company sent emergencies which took precedence over my call. I can accept this except that they did not call me this morning to tell me that. I have made a formal complaint with the home warranty company and here it is online. Call at your own discretion.
