It was like the movie 'Paranormal Activity' in my ceiling! Chris (President of AS&RR) was a pleasure to work with: prompt, courteous, and took the time to listen and educate me. Chris addressed the problem, followed up with the necessary patchwork, took the time to walk the interior/exterior of my house to point out potential problem areas, and briefly talked about additional services offered by AS&RR (which are great values as well).
