I think I found my electrician

I had Kalahari in to install a new subpanel in our basement. Joe was in and out in less than an hour and was extremely reasonable. I certainly plan on using Kalahari again.

Kudzu strikes again

Not much to say other than all of the positive reviews were spot-on with Ridgeway. Rusty came out showed right on time (actually about 5 minutes early), quickly assessed the problem, and recommended the solution(s). I haven't had them complete all any of the work as yet since his first recommendation was to contact my builder. That suggestion screams honesty to me. I hope I don't need a plumber again, but when I do, these are certainly the folks I'll call!!

I'll start by saying these guys are FANTASTIC. I'll share details, but boil it down what's truly great about these guys is that they're both HVAC contractors and foam installers - and they go hand in hand. We had them come out to quote foam in the attic of our new house since our air kept running. Jonathan immediately found a handful of problems with our HVAC that RS didn't find in 2 separate visits - the main reason our house wouldn't get cool and AC ran 24/7. Jonathan offered to fix the problems with the AC in lieu of the far more expensive foam install. That was INSTANT CREDIBILITY with me. Long story short, we had the HVAC fixed and went with the foam as well. The install went perfect and now our electric bill is nothing compared to what it used to be! Do yourself a favor and USE THESE GUYS. ***Update*** Given all of our previous positive experiences with Cool Masters, my wife and I decided to have them install a tankless water heater in our home. Sure they're HVAC and foam guys, but they'd already earned our complete trust. We had the heater installed yesterday and Michael was AWESOME. He even fixed a major bonehead move that my builder made.
