Extended Warranty Is Over Priced & Poor Service
I bought my TV at Sears. They pressured me for their credit card, their rewards program, donations to charity and their extended warranty. The warranty cost was expensive but the salesman made promises which ARE NOT TRUE! It took almost three months to get the TV fixed. Appointments took 2 to 3 weeks each. I had three of their technicians come out. Two of which were clueless.
In summary, buy your TV and Appliances elsewhere as Sears Service is the worst!
