Please see my review below. As I said the technician came and left with out fixing the toilet. Said there was no problem. another plumber came and fixed it. Now we have pictures to prove that the high priority plumber missed very obvious repair. Not only that some how he transferred all the feces and water from the basin to bath tub with out our knowledge. IMO that is not just unprofessional, that is a crime with a toddler living in the house.

Great Service with great rates

One of my colleague recommended Ping Mortgage. She told me that they refinanced three times with them without paying any thing for closing. I did not know about no cost closings until then. I contacted them the same day and closed on the refinancing our home within a month. I worked with Hong and Mr. Yale. They both are wonderful to work with. Yale is very prompt in responding emails. I did not have to spend much time. Just emailed the documents. They gave me very good rate and also floated me down once . No surprises at the closing. Highly recommend them.
