Don't waste your money with this company
Started with Unlimited Landscaping in April 2014 primarily for weed control of the Fescue in backyard.
I stupidly stayed with them for 6 months. My yard actually looks worse now than when they started.
At this point I'm confident they don't know what they're doing.
They have a different tech come out every 3rd visit. A Service notice/invoice is left on door BEFORE they even walk into the yard and it always says the same thing: "Broadleaf weeds were found..it can take several applications to fully eliminate". Several times the notice has said the yard has a lot of crabgrass, when there was none.
They must be using some really watered down product to save money because I watched them spot spray weeds and 2 weeks later the same weeds are thriving!
I put a note with my last invoice that I needed to speak with them as I had concerns about continuing service. I heard nothing.
Then one day they called and left an automated msg (2 hours before they closed) I called back to cancel and got their machine. I left a msg not to come, but they showed up anyways the next day around noon and a few hours later they called saying they just got my message.
I had them aerate my beautiful front Zoysia this summer and they mangled two areas on a slight slope. They came back out and sprinkled a little bit of river sand and assured me it would grow back quickly - duh, no...Zoysia does not grow that quickly!
