Excellent Work

Matt is very easy to work with. He took his time during our estimate in explaining all our options. We had flooding in our yard even though we had a corrugated underground pipe installed. It was replaced with PVC and we connect three down-spouts which were causing erosion in our landscape. Our yard is no longer pooling with water. The pictures speak for themselves. It is hard to tell in the after picture but it had been raining all day and our yard is the only one not flooding in the neighborhood.

Bad Business Ethics

I asked for an estimate a couple of months ago for an irrigation system and repair of a drainage issue. The estimate I received had an expiration on it for one month. I let the month slip by because we were not interested at the time. A little later the company contacted me again to see if I was still interested. I said I was interested in getting the drainage fixed only at this time. Someone called me and said they would need to come look at the problem again because the original estimate was based on having both done. Fine, they came out. They were there for not even a half hour and said they could not do anything until we get the grading of the lawn fixed. THEN they sent us a $100 bill. This was suppose to be a FREE estimate but we were charged for 1 hour of labor. We only paid half and they can sit on the other half. That is just bad business in my opinion. You have to watch them carefully. Plus they were over priced anyways. We found a better company at Advanced Pressure and Gutter.

Extremely poor service and quality of goods

Told 2 weeks for blind purchase 8/13. 8/26 not heard anything so sent email. 8/30 no response; I resent email. Responds saying next week. 9/8 no response; emailed if this was going to take another week. 9/9 responds the upstairs on backorder but downstairs were ready. Asked to install downstairs now. Said 'Yes'. 9/12 no response to 'Yes' so emailed. 9/13 no response sent email again. Called her 9/15 and threatened to dispute charges for order. Finally told us 2-4pm window on a Thursday. Installer showed up 5:30pm, worked until 10pm not finishing. Said would be back tomorrow. Called next day said he couldn't come; would come Saturday. Saturday 1pm, he hasn't shown up. We call again and he shows up finally. Downstairs are up. 10/2 no response on upstairs so emailed. 10/3 responds they are ready. I respond install ASAP. Setup for 10/6 4pm. 10/6 no one shows up. Called, could not get a hold of anyone. Got rescheduled to 10/12. 10/12 installs, but the corner valences were not packaged nor the weighted drawstring handles. Needed to reschedule for that. 10/19 parts were ordered. 10/26 parts in. 11/12 missing pieces installed. One rail was broken downstairs because it didnot open smoothly. I asked to have it replaced. He came and told me there was nothing wrong with it. Sprayed WD-40 on it and said it was fixed. After getting irritated I told him to take it away and get me a new one. Finally did and who would have thought that this one actually works. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!

Hunter Home Inspections LLC

Pleasant to work with

We bought a brand new home. David Hunter did a great job on our home inspection. He inspected our house in late Sept this year. We moved-in in August and have not had any problems. Being first time home buyers he took the time to help us understand what he was doing, why it needed to be checked and how to deal with issues if they came up later. David is a very nice person and obviously enjoys his work. The company offers a great recall service for all your appliances which notifies you if any recalls come in. That is free and for lifetime. I will definitely use him again for our next house and recommend to anyone.
