Pioneer Auto Detailing

Horrible experience!!

This place is not honoring their Groupon deals!They jerk you around trying to make an appointment, then when you finally get one they weren't there and basically told me to call Groupon and get my money back! Poor customer service! I bought their Groupon deal for 2 detailings and had one done in March. Not a great service but satifactory. I got the run around trying to make the appointment for my second car: we're booked thru next month. I called this week and wanted to make appt. he told me just call 24 hours ahesd. Thats what I was trying to do! I called yesterday and was told he had cancellation tomorrow, come at 12, but call in the morning to confirm its still available! Well that sounded stupid, isn't my appt confirmed when I am making it? I called and left message I am coming at 12. Arrange for a ride back to work, show up and told by another guy they are closed no more cars today! So when I call to find out what the heck is going on the guy doesn't apologize, acts rude and just says "call Groupon and get your money back" Okay, that's what I will do, but really, this is a horrible way to conduct business! BEWARE!!!

Nails Tips and Toes

New owners, great changes

This place has been updated and renovated! I bought a groupon and I had my mani/pedi. Great service, nice atmosphere! I had been here before and wasn't impressed, the new owners have really put a lot into the business. I was very impressed to see all instruments come in autoclaved packets! This is my new nail place!

Can't wait to go back!

This spa was very clean and welcoming. Rin gave a great, relaxing massage with just enough pressure in my target areas. I'm going to try one of the body treatments next!

Bad experience

I booked a groupon now deal for the semi-permanent mascara a month ago. It was awful and made my lashes look clumpy, dry and brittle. I called a week later to report I did not like it and wanted it off. Melissa the owner was out of town so I asked if I could remove it myself, to which there was no option so I waited till next week, only to find out she was out of town again! At this point my lashes look horrible. I have gaps in the lash line and still have clumped up stuff on them! I can literally see my lashes being pulled out and stuck to the nasty product! Finally talk to her today and she wants me to pay $50 to remove it! I am a Licensed Esthetician so I feel as a good customer service rule the client should always be happy and I am not! I don't think this person is well trained in this procedure and I am the one suffering her bad service! $120 for Latisse is my only option. I will not give her more $ to fix what obviously was a bad job on her part!
