The service tech was friendly and very knowledgable. I diagnosed the problem very quickly. However, I did have to wait a week for the appointment.
Also, I'm sure you've heard their ad about not paying for freon.....well, they charged me $130 for freon ( after making repairs ). Deceptive advertising. Shame on them.
Overall, I am satisfied with the service. I rated the service and value as average due to the wait and for them charging me for freon.
EDIT: I am changing my review as the tech called me back and apologized for charging me for freon. He stated that it was an oversight on his part. I checked my account and have confirmed that the amount I was charged for freon was credited back.
