We had been dealing with Squirrels thinking they were birds oh how we were wrong the squirrels tore a whole in our attic, my daughter window, our bedroom window, and our son couldnt sleep thinking the squirrels were going to get him. Raymond came out an explaind every thing to me so I would understand what we needed to get the work done. All of the guy are wonderful Jim,Jimmy, Joe The warranty speaks for it self.
