All is well the ends well
My husband and I set up an appointment a week out. We left work early to meet the salesman, but he never showed up. We called Premier and verified we did have an appointment, and the customer service rep told us the salesman would be here within the hour. But he never showed up, never called, and neither did she. We called again, but the same thing happened. Based on these reviews, I had such high expectations and really liked the price point, but it seems they don't want our business.
Well, we gave Premier a second chance based on their reputation and Chris. He was very accommodating and apologetic for not showing up to our first appointment. Long story short, he made things right with us. Also, Ben, the installer, was very professional and thorough. Despite our first encounter, working with Premier was definitely the right choice all around.
