Disappointing
After setting an appt 10 days out, they called the day before & left a message on VM asking for a $50 deposit paid in advance. I called back 2 hours later and they had a "scheduling conflict" and wanted to reschedule. This was an insurance repair and we suspect they didn't want to use a day for a small job. Little did they know it was 2,000 sq ft and over $5,000. It was inconvenient for us but glad we didn't work with them if this is their professionalism.
