Climatech Incorporated

We go to Climatech for all HVAC needs

My family kept getting sinus infections, sore throats, and allergy symptoms all this past winter. I checked the filter and it was clean. We called Climatech and they found several problems in the ductwork. (loose and installed incorrectly.) We opted to also have them install a new humidifier/dehumidifier system onto our central air. It has made a huge difference. The bid they gave us was reasonably priced; they got to work quickly and finished within the day. They were able to answer all our questions, and gave us several different options. A very professional, knowledgeable crew. We will be using them to maintain the health of our equipment through their check-up service, because it saves us cost in the long run.

The Best Contractor in the South Hills

If you want the best in high-end hardscaping, look no further than Jeff and his crew at Pittsburgh Stone and Waterscapes. We contracted them to remove a large concrete patio that was cracked, had settled and apparently had damaged the underlying drainage pipes. We used their 3D Virtual Landscaping Design service to plan out our new stone patio. This service allowed us to try out different styles and layouts until we found the perfect fit. We deccided on a 16' by 46' paver patio with sitting walls, several pillars (drink tables!), a stone table with marble top for next to the grill, and a built-in stone firepit. Also, surrounded by mulch beds with various plants. They demo'd everything and had the area prepped for laying pavers in a day. Their workmanship is highly impressive. Through each stage we were amazed at how much work they got done in a day. I've hired plenty of landscapers/contractors over the years, but have never seen a more efficient crew. We'll have more work for them, for sure... Our backyard is now perfect for party hosting. The sitting walls really make a difference in not having to put out too many chairs. The way Jeff designed it, each of the sitting walls curves slightly inward so that it was easy to talk to people down the line. Especially the one that curves around the firepit. The stone work is amazing! I wish I could post a picture, Kudzu!

The Dentistry

Didn't feel a thing

I have really sensitive teeth; Hot and cold drinks can sometimes cause me to wince. And I hate going to the dentist. I've had two cavities, and could barely stay in the chair. The sound of the drill, the smell of smoking tooth and the almost instant pain are unbearable for me. Maybe I'm weird. Anyway, I was recommended to try the 'sleep dentistry' @ The Dentistry in Greentree. Well, I'm real glad I did cause I was oblivious to all of it. Best experience I've had at the dentist. I could swear I only met the receptionist!

Pittsburgh Wood Renewal

Highly recommended

John and crew saved us possibly over a thousand dollars by resurfacing our bathroom tub, tile, toilet, and countertop. We had originally planned to replace all of it, but a friend recommended we try these guys out. We didn't even know that this was an option. These guys were professional, prompt and courteous. The job was finished in a day and we were really impressed by how cleanly they worked. Everything went from dull/stained to bright and new. We tend to be green-conscious, so it was a blessing to be able to save what we had instead of sending it all to a landfill somewhere. There isn't much of a reason to pay a contractor to install all new porcelain that would probably take a week, at high cost, when there is such a process as this one. Anyway, now on to the kitchen! Peace!
