Plumber 911 promptly called me back within 30 min came out and gave me an estimate. Rob suggested it go outside which was a novel idea vs. the other plumbing company that was Ranni platinum installer. I got a new Ranni Tankless Water heater installed nxt day - saved $100's and a Great job !!
