New Driveway Cracking Like Jigsaw Puzzle & Sinking

My newly replaced driveway was defective with excessive cracking and settling. The driveway and sink hole were repaired and within a year and a half after the driveway was replaced, still in the warranty period, major cracking started to appear and the middle of the driveway started sinking. Mike said he would replace it under the warranty but to give him time. I gave Mike extra time requested twice then when it came time to fix it I was told that it would cost me an additional $2500 if I wanted to replace the whole driveway they messed up. The major cracking is due to improper repair of the sink hole and the minor cracking elsewhere is due to the workmanship.---------- ---------- ---------- ---------- -------- Finally after two plus years Mike has replaced my driveway at the cost of $2500 to me. I am satisfied with the new driveway except for the cost. What is said below is again not true. I asked the office manager to have Mike call me before I changed anything. I never refused to NOT update this post. I am still waiting for Mike to call me so I could figure out how to update this post and expalin that the BBB will not withdraw their complaint because Mike did not repond to their inquiry so it stays on the books for three years. Nothing I can do. I would suggest that maybe there is a communication problem in his office.
