Disappointed

I brought my vehicle in to have the battery tested after talking to Chad from the service dept. When I arrived, I asked for Chad, but was assisted by a Chris or Cory Ford (service advisor). I explained the problem I was having with my vehicle to him. He told me he could test the battery or I could get an electric system check for $108. I opted to have the battery check done. He then left and I didn't see him for another 15-20 minutes. I tried to get the attention of another tech (older white male seated at the front of the bay door at a computer terminal) that was nearby to see if someone could test the battery, but he acted as though he didn't hear me call out to him and just continued to eat a bowl of food that was being passed out to the employees. Must have been employee appreciation day, because it sure didn't feel like the customers were appreciated. When C. Ford finally returned to my vehicle, he said he thought someone by the name of Carter was coming to assist me. So he had to go back and get the battery tester. C. Ford appeared to have an attitude from the very start and I believe he needs more training in customer service as does the other employees. The fact that C. Ford bears the title of service advisor is troubling. How did he get there....? This was my first visit and I will not return to this location.

Not Pleased

I visited this restaurant a month ago. My guest nor I was pleased with the food quality/quantity. I grew up on carribean food and I have to say I will not return to this restaurant. The food lacked any taste of carribean flavor whatsoever. Not even spicy.

Niehus Dana Eller Attorney At Law

Child Support Modification

I contacted Attorney Dana Eller Niehus concerning an existing court order for child support. The free 30-minute conference call scheduled almost a week ago today ended up being 15, five of which was spent holding until she clarified a question with a colleague. I felt so rushed when talking to her. She said I could tell her the whole story (didn't have a chance) but the resulting answer to what she believed (transfer of my case) would be the same. I explained to her that my existing court order is local to where she is, that my child lives with her mother (custodial parent) in a different state and I was advised by other attorneys in my area to seek a local attorney where my case is because they may have to travel for court appearances and because that county has jurisdiction over my case. But, she was more concerned for any burden that would be placed on the CP to travel if a court appearance was necessary than me as a potential client. I asked her if it wouldn't be just as burdensome on me if I sought counsel where my child lived and I had to travel and even more so due to my child support obligation. But, Ms. Eller brushed over the question like it was never asked. She said she was willing to take my money and suggested that I sign a waiver so she wouldn't be sued for any money I paid her in the event my case was transferred to where my child lived. I was rather disappointed and can't say that I would recommend Attorney Dana Eller Niehus to anyone.
