Poor Service

I have been a patient of Dr. Alice Philip for two years. I have left the practice now. I have given Nadolne Family Medicine an overall rating of 3 and quality of 4 based upon her thorough care. This is where the positive reviews stop. The front desk staff is unfriendly, inept, and rarely do you get someone to answer the office phone. And when I have left a message on the prescription line or for Dr. Philip to call me back recently I have not received a phone call back either time. (And I left a message with a person in the office when I wanted to speak to Dr. Philip.) The practice requires that women have their annual physical and obgyn exam in TWO separate visits; they claim that is what insurance requires and for procedure coding reasons. I have spoken to my insurance company and they do not require that the two exams be split up. It is very inconvenient to have to go back twice and wait in the waiting room for at least 1/2 hour each time. My current physician does not require two visits and they have never heard of having to do so. And lastly, every physical/obgyn visit and lab visit I have had in the last two years, the front office has completely messed up on my billing for one reason or another. Incorrect procedure codes and charges were assigned to my account for all of these visits. It was so bad that the office person finally just had to "write off" all my charges that were made in error. The only billing they got correct was for my Fall, 2011 flu shot.
