Putting the customer first!

I contacted John after my wife dropped an external hard drive during a data backup, which rendered the unit inoperable. Although I did not employ the services of John (my wife discovered some of the critical files were on her office server), I was impressed that he took the time to discuss my situation at length, which was recovering the data from the broken hard drive. John not only took time to explain my options, he was also honest about stating the limits of his service. Rather than over-promise and under-deliver, he provided options and clearly indicated that some or all of the data may not be retrievable. It was refreshing change from the typical service company experience. Again, I did not employ his services, but would hire him in the future without hesitation should the need arise. Thank you John!

Quality without Question

Jani is extremely thorough and always professional. Very knowledgeable, honest, and great at communicating with the customer. It is evident providing quality craftsmanship to the customer is extremely important to M&M. Without hesitation, I would definitely hire M&M for any future projects. I highly recommend Jani and M&M!

Avoid the stress at this spa

While I cannot speak about other locations, the Forum spa in Norcross adds it's own "pressure"... always pedaling "packages" and other products. Be forewarned - a purchased package is non-refundable and gift cards expire. To add insult to injury, accounting records for your visits are less than stellar. It is recommended that you track services closely, and most importantly - monitor your credit card for charges. A spa experience should be relaxing and enjoyable; these people are more interested in the sell than the service. Go elsewhere...
