Failing Customer Service
I agree with recent posts on this site. The customer service for Alarm Monitoring Service has changed dramatically over the past several years. It has also been difficult for me to get a returned call. Whoever initially answers my calls is fantastic; I am referring specifically to the customer service department. I have spoken to the same woman or the same man on several occasions regarding some technical issues. Neither of these individuals should be serving this company in a customer service role. They are rude and condescending and they present themselves with a certain air of entitlement that I find offensive. Please correct this problem. I refer many clients to Alarm Monitoring Service of Atlanta.
