Not so happy
I am sure that Sid had the best of interests at heart, but I am incredibly disappointed with our overall service. When I scheduled the appointment we even discussed and joked a bit about a "poor" review the company had gotten. I chose this company based on the good reviews, and had faith. However, after making it very clear that the only day we could do this on was a Thursday, we set a date and Sid had it written down wrong. When he didn't show up on the date scheduled both my husband and I called, and Sid remembered discussing the scheduled date and admitted to getting it wrong. I know he meant well, because he pulled someone else off of a different job and he personally came out. However, we had discussed two people for four hours, and suddenly it translated to "four man-hours" which meant only two hours. I never would have agreed to two hours of work because I was very clear in explaining what we needed done. I specified that our biggest concern was dusting. 3/4 of everything got dusted. Sides of cabinetes but not fronts of cabinets, or sides and bottoms but not tops of picture frames. Cobwebs were ignored, and things like trinkets or decor were "dusted around" instead of being picked up so the entire surface could be cleaned. I ended up taking time off work and hiring a second crew to come in behind them and re-clean, because it really didn't look very different than before they came.
