Exceptional Service & Attention to Detail!

Earthly Matters was my choice (out of 5 companies) to repair exterior wood damage and paint the entire exterior of my home in the Morningview Community in Suwanee. Although they were not the "cheapest", they were by far the most "detailed" in their estimate process. Pat Winchester provided a very detailed quote, and Gilberto and his crew followed it to a tee! The end product was more than expected, and the attention to detail was totally exceptional! All of the insides of my windows were painted, checked for operation and then re-checked the next day. Door sides were painted so that when they are opened the trim color is matched, and all windows were cleaned after painting. Every piece of wood that was damaged was listed individually on Pat's estimate sheet for Gilberto to follow. We're so very pleased with the entire experience that Earthly Matters provided us as consumers that I just can't say enough about the way they do business. From beginning to end, the professionalism displayed by the entire company surpassed anything I would have ever imagined! Every "i" was dotted, and every "t" was crossed! Never before was I ever so excited to pay an invoice as I was when I submitted final payment to Earthly Matters!
