Horrible Customer Service

I had been with Security One Services for over a year and have always had a hard time getting anyone to answer or return my calls. The last straw was when my alarm went off and was going off for 2 hours before anyone contacted me back to let me know what needed to be done to get it to go off as the keypad would not shut it off. I has taken me almost 4 months to get someone to contact me about my constant calls about cancelling my service and now I have been told that I have to send a 60 day notice. This is a company that I would never consider or recommend again.

Great Experience

I would highly recommend this company. Their employees are professional and pleasant. The customer service was exceptional and my door was repaired in a timely manner. The repairs that were needed were thoroughly explained to my understanding prior to my agreeing to any repairs and the technician answered all of my questions. I would definitely use this company again.
