Good Sod, Mediocre Service

Customer service prior to the sale was great. The person I talked to was knowledgable and more importantly honest about the whole thing. I found fescue cheaper, but given the reviews and the initial customer service I felt it was best to go with ngturf. The fescue sod I got was great, especially if you install right away like you are suppose to. However, this was my first attempt at sodding and some of the sod that I didn't get installed the first day started turning brown. I called the company asking what I should do and the person who picked up the phone didn't know. I was told someone with more knowledge in the this area would call me back. They never did, so I can't say the service was anything better than average. After some research I realized that I was overwatering the sod. I lost some sod, but it could of been less had they called me back.
