I was told it would take 1-1.5 days to finish the job. I specifically asked if they worked on Sunday as I was looking for them to start the job on Saturday. I was told they did. So, come Saturday (6/29), the first crew came out and sprayed the foam. They also sent someone to spray a thermal barrier. All were really nice and efficient.
Unfortunately that was where the good experiences ended. Short version, cleaning crew never showed up. Took till Monday for them to start cleaning and Tuesday afternoon with significant pushing on my end for them to get the job down. A 1-1.5 day job turned into a 4, nearly a 5 day job.
So, because of all the inconveniences, I was given a $100 discount. I took that in stride and I chalked it up to the owner being out of town. Iím a small business owner as well, and I know how things can fall apart when Iím not there.
Well, a few days later (7/6) I noticed I was double-charged for the service. Short version, it is currently 7/19 (2 weeks later), my credit card is maxed out and Iím still waiting on the refund. Iíve been told multiple times the refund had been sent out, but was finally given a receipt on 7/17 showing they finally processed a refund on the 17th, 11 days after I notified them of the double charge. On the 19th, Iím still waiting for that refund to hit. Marc promised me an additional $50 for causing me to go over my credit limit, but I'm still waiting.
Overall the job was eventually done well, but the service has been horrendous.
