We move our household items from Atlanta to Vancouver,Canada. I went through big Van Line companies and asked for on-site quotes. After serveral reps' visits, I almost wanted to cancel the last appointment with Atlantic Relocation. I thought the first offer was the best. Lucky enough, I didn't. Andy Orlin showed his professional, impressive customer communication skills and estimated the lowest quote price. I liked his efficient way that he quoted from system via iPad immidiately and showed us details. It was a good start. After we signed the contract, I started worring. I found detail items were not matched exactly to what we showed. Andy responsed with patient and adjusted items and price accordingly.(Problem solved). More worries when I handed over all the goods to the team. I checked with his assistant to follow-up status. She anwsered the phone politely, although not always had anwsers for me. You have to pray that everything will go well and your items will be arrived safe and in one piece. The shipment was supposed to be arrived on Dec 10th, but I was told it would be on Dec 14th instead. Anyway, it was a happy ending. The Atlas Van Line team showed up on Dec 14th. They did professional unload that they put carpet on the floor and delivered items to assigned locations. Everything was nice and smooth that day.
Overall, we are satisfied with their service and would recommend for international movement.
