Mr. Transmission of Marietta

An Angel works there!

A HUGE shout out to the customer service and advice given to me by Tim Roos, Center Manager. I called him in a panic to get a quote last Thursday (after understanding I may be out thousands!) He calmly explained that it may not be my transmission at all but my computer and that it was a little known fact that Toyota just extended their warranty on computers to 150k (I have around 120K)They looked it over for free and suggested I take it to Toyota as it did look to be a computer issue. Toyota told me that the warranty stopped at 120k miles. I told him to research this, he did and got back to me, sure enough, it was. Long story short, if it weren't for Tim Roos advice I would have paid so much that I didn't have to. Anyone else would quickly shoo me out of the door and not given me a moments thought. Mr. Roos was so kind and helpful. There are not many people like this out there! Thank you!!!!

Great experience!

Overall great experience, service, price & professionalism! They even honored a coupon from another mfg. David Wade was my technician. Will def. use again!

It's Maid Day

Go somewhere else!!

They do not have a 100% guarantee! They had to come out twice and still did not meet my expectations. Dirt, dust, etc was still obviously visable. The girls were not friendly. I had to point out everything to them and after the 2nd "cleaning" they still did not get it right. The owner refused to come back out again. I should not swipe my fingers over furniture after paying $280.00 and still see dirt!! Please use someone else! They are way too expensive and overlook way too much! I feel totally taken advantage of!
