So, I come home after grocery shopping for the out-of-town guests that I'm expecting tomorrow. I walk into my house and think, gee, it feels a little hot in here. I see it's 80 degrees downstairs. That's odd, I think, it's set for 75, but chalk it up to it being 105 outside. So I go upstairs to change and get hit by a wall of heat while walking up the stairs! It's 94 degrees in our bedroom and, quite obviously, our upstairs A/C unit is not working. Ain't that JUST great! I have guests showing up tomorrow, it's 3:30 on a Saturday afternoon, there's a heatwave the likes Atlanta has never seen before, so how in heck am I going to get someone to look at my A/C sometime before October????!! I call Indoor Comfort Solutions, fully expecting them to burst out laughing when I ask when they might come out to look at my A/C unit. Was I ever pleasantly surprised!!! Bill answered the phone, and when I explained my predicament, he said he had a tech in the area who could swing by and see what could be done. On a Saturday. In the middle of the worst heat wave ever. Sure enough, Ben shows up at my door about an hour later, quickly replaces the faulty part, charges me much less than I thought I'd be charged, thanks me, smiles and heads out to his next appointment. To say I am pleased with the prompt, courteous and above-and-beyond service of the crew at Indoor Comfort Solutions would be an understatement. THANK YOU guys! You deserve every star!!
