Immediate results

I went to Woodhams Eye Clinic hoping that I was a candidate for LASIK so I could correct my vision. Dr Patel and the staff that did my initial screening were very professional and took the time to address all of my concers with the surgery. After the consultation I decided to schedule the surgery for the following Wednesday. Prior to the surgery, I could barely read the 20/70 line on the eye chart. Today, just one day after the surgery, I went for my post-op appointment and I could already read the 20/30 line on the eye chart even though my vision is still blurry from the surgery the previous day. I could almost make out the 20/20 line on the chart and I think that after the healing process is complete, I will be able to read the 20/20 line. The day of my surgery, I was somewhat nervous. When I arrived, the nurse that took me to the surgery waiting area made me feel very at ease and was very helpful. I was able to watch several of the surgery's that were going on prior to mine and I could see exactly what was going to be happening to me. I was also able to see the other patients as they came out of surgery walking and smiling. Dr Woodhams and his staff are top notch and I would recommend Woodhams Eye Clinic to anyone considering LASIK.
