Appalling Customer Service
When we returned from our honeymoon, my neighbors said that my alarm went off for an hour 2 different times.The system did not contact the monitoring service, and I was never notified on my cellphone. I called the technician immediately because I was horrified that my home was unprotected for 10 days while I was out of the country. His first response was a cold, "It's not our fault. Your system must have been struck by lightning." He made no attempt to apologize for the situation, and just kept interrupting me to tell me it was MY equipment that was to blame. But he supposedly checked all the equipment when he installed it 1 month earlier.
I couldn't believe that his response was so unapologetic and I knew I couldn't depend on this company, so I told him that I wanted a refund. He said that he would absolutely not refund my money. Out of sheer shock, I cursed and said that my * house could have been burglarized and he wasn't even trying to help me! He told me to
"get my head straight, shut my mouth, fix it myself", then hung up! I tried to call another manager, but there is no one else! He is a one-man operation. My credit card company finally had to get him to give my back my money. Moreover, he threatened to sue me and release my personal information on here if I "lied" in a review! Nice threat from a security company, right? I have no need to embellish. It's astounding enough as it is. I just thought it right to inform the public about this company.
