positive, comfortable experience inspires trust
Jim at AllGood Plumbing was called upon to do a number of projects for my landlords. I became acquainted with his work through the emergency situation of fixing a gas leak in the house I occupy. Jim came after he had already worked a full long day at another site on the opposite side of town. Although he got here at around 5:30 or 6:00p.m. after facing traffic and hadn't even had anything to eat yet, I totally felt that he was fully attentive to the situation and fully "on the ball" . . . he spent an enormous amount of time in the crawl space of this old place, weaving through plumbing pipes and ductwork and etc. to make sure he found any and all leaks and they were repaired in the optimum manner. He also had to go to Home Depot at about 9:30 to get some kind of part since the situation with the pipe to be capped was that it is not a standard size pipe. When Jim left he was so tired that he was staggering but while he was here he was sharp as a tack . . . and a nice man to boot - not at all patronizing or grumpy. Kudos on Kudzu to Jim at AllGood Plumbing.
