Dirty Place

I recently took a tour of the place and upon looking around it seems rather dirty. Looking out into the play areas I could see tons of cobwebs and dust all over the walls. Also as dogs urinated on the floor the only thing the staff did was put newspapers over it, I saw no cleaner being used.
